R-Haltenswert is a movement aiming to sustainably transform equestrian sports – for horses, humans, and the environment. Our goal is to preserve traditions, promote ethical standards, and share knowledge to make equestrian sports future-proof. We aim to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity, encompassing the entire cycle of breeding, sports, and education.
We stand not only for values but also have a concrete concept to create sustainable change. While many movements rightly voice criticism, we bring together ideas and work hand in hand with people who are already driving change. A key difference is our holistic approach:

We are launching the digital academy, which offers courses and workshops on sustainable breeding, classical riding theory and ethical standards. Certificates for breeders, children's riding schools and craft businesses are to be introduced and supported in order to promote values such as sustainability and equine justice. At the same time, we are developing codes of honor and guidelines that set clear standards in cooperation with associations.
For us, sustainability means more than just environmental protection. It is about equine justice, education and responsibility. Our projects not only create knowledge transfer between generations, but also promote sustainable methods in breeding, training and craftsmanship.
R-haltenswert goes beyond sport. While other movements are mainly focused on ethical issues in elite sport, R-haltenswert combines breeding, sport and education into a cycle that also involves the grassroots. We not only work on standards, but also create structures for long-term change.
